THIRD PARTY PROVIDERS

2. If winnings are credited to or debited from your account in error, it is your responsibility to notify us of the error within 24 hours in order for the sum to be repaid by you to us and rectified. 3. We have no liability for any acts or omissions of any third-party provider.

RIGHT TO USE

1. 2. Winnings cannot be exchanged, substituted, or redeemed for any other prize.
3. No Bets can be cancelled once confirmed by Us, and We reserve the right to refuse any Bet.
4. Bets can only be placed if You have a sufficient balance in Your Account; no credit will be provided.

ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING PROVISIONS

1. Winnings will only be placed in the account of the Player who placed the winning bet, after they have identified themselves and verified to our satisfaction.
2. At our discretion, we reserve the right to suspend payment of Legitimate Winnings while we conduct a full investigation, including providing the relevant details to the necessary law enforcement agencies, should we suspect that the winnings are being used for money laundering, terrorist financing or fraud. An example of this may be when a Player credits their account with a substantial sum and then attempts to withdraw it after minimal betting activity on the Gaming Platform. If the investigation reveals no evidence of money laundering, terrorist financing or fraud, the Legitimate Winnings will be paid to the Player.

BETS

1. When placing a Bet, the amount must adhere to the following restrictions:

2. In the event of an ambiguous instruction, the entire Bet will be rendered void, and Our decision is final and binding.

5. Subject to limits on the value of Bets, multiple copies of the same Bet can be sent, and all such Bets will be treated as separate Bets. Bets will be dealt with by Us in the order received.
6. Bets must be made by an individual; We reserve the right to reject and deem void any series of identical Bets from different Players or where We suspect collusion or syndication, and We reserve the right to refuse payment of any winnings.

8. In order to place a Bet, Your Account must have sufficient funds to cover the Bet amount. If insufficient funds are present, You must limit Your Bet to Your available funds, or re-credit Your Account.
9. If a manifest error or systems failure results in incorrect or erroneous results, or the Bet not being placed, the Bet (or part of the Bet) will be void, any amount placed as a Bet will be returned, and no winnings will be due.
10. If a Bet is settled incorrectly due to an erroneous result, the settlement will be reversed by Us. If insufficient funds are present in Your Account to permit such reversal, You must return the erroneously credited funds.
11. We reserve the right, at any time and without notice, to suspend Bets on the Gaming Platform, refuse to accept any Bet, or part of a Bet.
12. The minimum amount of a Bet is determined by the Betting Rules.
13. The maximum amount of aggregate Bets placed in any twenty four (24) hour period is determined by the Betting Rules.
14. The maximum pay out is GBP 50,000 or currency equivalent (winnings) to any client per single bet on Live Casino and Slots.

PLACING A BET

YOUR REPRESENTATIONS

1. You warrant and certify that you are at least 18 years old or the legal age for gambling in the jurisdiction in which you reside, whichever is higher. You further guarantee that you will not access the Gaming Platform or use the Services from a jurisdiction that prohibits online gaming, betting, or gambling, and you will not use the Platform or Services at any time if you are a citizen of a jurisdiction that restricts its citizens from participating in such.

3. CAP ON OUR LIABILITY

(a) an amount equal to the total sum of money you deposited into your account and used to place bets in the three (3) months preceding the incident giving rise to your claim; or

(b) a total sum of five hundred (500) Euros.

You will indemnify Us for all losses and damages suffered by Us as a result of your wrongdoings and/or fraud, including, but not limited to, attempts to breach the single account per Player rule, exceed the betting limits, hacking, use of artificial intelligence or bots, providing false personal information, and/or any actions and/or omissions which We reasonably deem to be a fraud and/or wrongdoings.
4. You further agree to indemnify, defend and hold Us, and our officers, directors, employees and agents harmless from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of any claim brought against Us by a Third Party Provider as a result of the breach of these Terms and Conditions by You.

TRANSFER

1. You are not allowed to transfer, assign, novate, or otherwise transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions or any part of them.
2. We may transfer, assign, novate, or otherwise transfer any of our rights and/or obligations under these Terms and Conditions and/or any part of them to a third party.

THIRD PARTY CONTENT

1. We take reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy, integrity and quality of Third Party Content featured on the Gaming Platform, but do not guarantee or warranty it in any way, and cannot be held liable for its content. If inaccuracies are brought to our attention, we will make every effort to correct them.

SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES

1. All disputes should initially be referred to Our customer services team for resolution via email at support@96in.com. Our internal review processes will be employed to assess and investigate complaints from You, and We will keep You informed with Our progress. We are only responsible for the provision of the Site, the Gaming Platform, the Software, and the Services.
2. Any dispute should be reported to Us within seven (7) days of the incident.
3. If We are unable to reach a resolution that is satisfactory to both parties, You may submit the dispute to Our regulator, (TBD) eGaming.

NOTICES

1. Any notice issued to You will be sent to the email address provided when opening Your Account and will be considered served 24 hours after dispatch.

   (f) Impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks;
   (g) Delays, losses, errors or omissions in or made by the postal or other delivery service or by the banking system;
   (h) Acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government or our regulator;
   (i) Failure of any telecommunications system.
3. Our performance is considered to have been suspended for the duration of the Force Majeure Event, and we will receive an extension for our performance for the duration of this period. We will use our reasonable endeavours to bring the Force Majeure Event to an end or to find a solution which will enable us to fulfil our obligations regardless of the Force Majeure Event.
